Member Referral Programme
Refer a friend or colleague to sign up for CIPSA membership and choose from a range of rewards*
1. Members referring ONE or TWO new members may choose one of the following rewards:

- Free entry into one regional event (excludes any gala or dinner events ), OR
- One adult Hoyts or Village Cinema pass
|
2. Members referring THREE or FOUR new members may choose one of the following rewards:

- Free entry into three regional events (excludes any gala or dinner events ), OR
- Two Village Gold Class Cinema passes in Australia or Skycity or Hoyts Cinemas in New Zealand, OR
- Two adult and two child AMF Bowling passes (1 game and shoe hire)

3. Members referring FIVE or more new members may choose one of the following rewards:

- Free entry to all regional events for 12 months (excludes any gala or dinner events ), OR
- Two Village Gold Class Cinema passes in Australia or Skycity or Hoyts Cinemas in New Zealand plus a $50 cinema food and beverage voucher, OR
- One bottle of Bollinger NV Champagne 750ml.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are a condition of entry to the CIPSA Member Referral Programme.
Eligibility
• The competition is open to paying members of CIPS Australia and New Zealand only.
• The referrer must be a current and paying member of CIPSA.
• The new member must be joining as a paying MCIPS, Affiliate, Associate, Diploma or Certificate member of CIPSA.
• The new member must pay the full joining fee to be eligible, regardless of whether they have been a member of the Institute in the past.
• Referrals for free or discounted student members do not incur rewards.
• Referrals for retired or unemployed discounted members do not incur rewards.
• The membership application form must include the name and membership number of the referring member.
• Rewards for member referrals are only applicable to individuals not companies.
• Employees of CIPS, CIPS Australasia and their relatives and partners are excluded from entry.
• Members of CIPS Australasia Steering Group are excluded from entry.
Rewards
• All rewards will be awarded at the discretion of the Membership Manager. Should a dispute arise, the arbiter is the Managing Director, CIPS Australasia whose decision is final.
• No cash alternative is available. Rewards not transferable.
• Referrals will be tallied up at the end of each month, at which time eligible referrers will be contacted and advised of which rewards they may choose from (depending on how many members they referred). ONE reward may be chosen from the range offered.
• Rewards will be delivered within 2 weeks of CIPSA receiving advise from the referrer on their choice of reward.
• Regardless of whether the referring member has received their reward in hand, their tally will go back to zero at the end of each month. Any future referrals will be treated as a new entry.
Timing
• Closing date for entries is 31 October 2010. No extensions will apply.
