In the wake of the global recession, we are seeing increasing market confidence resulting in increased demand for your procurement skills. Now is the perfect time to demonstrate yours and the profession's worth and influence, and to truly put procurement at the heart of business.

So how do you attract and retain the best? By attending this webinar of the CIPS/Hays Procurement Salary Guide and Insights 2016 you will gain a preview into the findings and into what benefits potential candidates are really looking for in their next career move.

As well benchmarking salaries, bonuses and benefits for different roles in different regions and sectors, the survey also highlights the perceived value of the profession up to Board level.

This year, the increased confidence we are seeing has resulted in increased demand for talent, leading to greater competition for skills that are driving salary and bonus increases along with an increased demand for interims with key skills. We have also seen an increased value placed on training and development in every sector, demonstrating a desire for employees to remain and progress with organisations, and an opportunity for employers to retain staff as a means of addressing the skills shortage.

So if recruiting, retaining and nurturing a first class team is high on your agenda this webinar is a must attend for you

CIPS, working with A.T. Kearney and ISM have developed a free and confidential benchmarking tool, the ROSMASM Performance Check, to help organisations measure and steer Procurement’s financial performance using a common standard.

This webinar looks at how Procurement Leaders are adopting the language of Finance to communicate the value being delivered to the organization. You will learn how hundreds of procurement leaders are using ROSMASM, a framework and metric that helps quantify the financial benefit delivered by procurement with respect to the costs needed to deliver those benefits. You’ll also hear the aggregated findings from the 2015 ROSMASM Performance Check report and more about the launch of this year’s free 2016 ROSMASM Performance Check.
