Fundamentals of Contract Law


Intermediate Course

This one day course is designed to allow those new to procurement or those developing their careers to look at one of the most important areas of procurement. The aim of the course is to give delegates an appreciation of the fundamentals of Contract Law

Programme Outline

By the end of this course delegates will have developed an understanding of:

  • The origins of law
  • The elements of a contract
  • How contracts are formed and ended
  • What the terms mean
  • What damages are
