This two-day course aims to improve your understanding of the methods of communication – both verbal and non-verbal – with a view to improving relationships with whom you interact in your organisation.

- Gaining confidence in interaction with others in their organisations
- Building sound, solid relationships by understanding others
- Understanding and applying body language in our relationships
- Detecting others’ styles - manipulative and authentic
- Handling aggression and non-assertion
- Practicing role plays
