Stakeholder Influencing Skills


Intermediate Course

This two-day course aims to improve your understanding of the methods of communication – both verbal and non-verbal – with a view to improving relationships with whom you interact in your organisation.

Programme content:
  • Improving communication skills
  • Gaining confidence in interaction with others in their organisations
  • Building sound, solid relationships by understanding others
  • Understanding and applying body language in our relationships
  • Detecting others’ styles - manipulative and authentic
  • Handling aggression and non-assertion
  • Practicing role plays
