Supplier Relationship Management


Advanced Course
This course is a combination of two previous courses, Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management.  We discuss the basics of contract law and look at different methods and techniques that can be employed to successfully manage supplier performance. 
The course will also identify the importance of relationships in contract management and identify what builds trust in the service relationships present in your company today.  We will also identify the importance of mutual respect and commitment in delivering sustained value for money for the life of a contract.
Programme content:

This programme will apply facilitated sessions, group discussion and case studies to address the following:

  • The foundations of contract formation
  • Basic stakeholder analysis and communication planning
  • Building trust and resolving disputes
  • Performance management concepts
  • Current trends in relationship management

  • Ensuring contracts meet stakeholder needs
  • Developing skills in communicating with all parties involved in contract deliverables
