Tender Evaluation

This course will provide basic guidance on developing evaluation criteria and broaden procurement professionals’ understanding of the principles and practices involved in evaluating tenders to improve the quality of their tender assessments.
Programme content:
This programme will apply facilitated sessions, group discussion and case studies to address the following:
- Foundations of tender evaluation
- Evaluation planning and developing assessment criteria
- Probity and ethics in evaluation
- Techniques for tender evaluation
- Key skills for assessors
