Workshops and Seminars
A commercial approach™ to ICT service agreements
- Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
This seminar will examine the process of contracting for ICT services, and review common aspects of ICT service agreements. As with other events in the “Commercial Approach” series the focus is on real issues that arise in a commercial environment. Some experience with ICT service arrangements will be helpful, but no experience is necessary.
Aims
Delegates will learn how to:
- review, analyse and negotiate ICT service contracts
- recognise and refute supplier negotiation tactics

Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services include: software maintenance, data networking, voice telephony, Virtual Private Networks and data processing.
