CIPS NE Branch Webinar - Process Restructuring in Procurement

For every procurement professional, one of the annual goals for 2021 is to continue to optimize it's supply chain (supply and value-added chain) in process cycles as regards throughout time, costs and quality. Now the procurement process has been adapted to the new requirements and restructured accordingly. The standard purchasing process that works well for large purchases, however, generates proportionately much higher overhead and administrative costs for small purchases leading to purchase delays, high error rate, and poor vendor participation.

Mr. Faisal will explain how cost reduction can be achieved through a new procurement system irrespective of large purchase or small purchase through a practical “case study analysis” which resulted in huge savings to one of the organization he worked for!
