It gives an overview of the current social media landscape to provide a context for the presentation, provides insights on how social media can drive innovation and efficiency within an organisation and across a supply chain.

It will cover the five ways that procurement should be using social media and some of the available platforms and their benefits, as well as providing some real world examples of how social media is being used effectively.
