5 Ways Procurement Should be Using Social Media

5 Ways Procurement Should be Using Social Media

CPD 2This workshop provides delegates with an overview of how social media works and how the procurement profession can leverage social media to realise available benefits.

The workshop gives an overview of the current social media landscape to provide a context for the presentation, provides insights on how social media can drive innovation and efficiency within an organisation and across a supply chain.

The workshop will then cover the five ways that procurement should be using social media:

  • Gather Marketing Intelligence and Monitor Supply Chains
  • Drive Stakeholder Engagement
  • Be an Employer of Choice
  • Professional Development
  • Build your Personal Brand

It will cover some of the available platforms and their benefits, as well as providing some real world examples of how social media is being used effectively.

Finally, there is a short section on Procurious before finishing with some words of advice for users on social media.
