Legal Service Procurement - Best Practices

Legal Service Procurement - Best Practices

CPD 2Described by some as the final or ultimate spend frontier, purchasing of Legal Services is a fascinating arena of strategic sourcing.  CIPS-Switzerland is proud to host an international authority on this topic, namely :  Dr. Silvia Hodges Silverstein.  This event will not only be thought provoking but also very applied - as Silvia will share best practices and several real case studies.  The evening will potentially take-on a workshop format were the audience will be involved in scenarios and have the chance to develop “what -if” scenarios to classical and exceptional circumstances.  Even if you don’t personally buy such services – you’ll come away from this event with knowledge, appreciate and inspiration to achieve more in your procurement communities. We’ll also be hosting drinks and snacks to facilitate plenty of opportunity for participant networking.
