Cem Özen was born at 8 March 1966 in Aarau, Switzerland. He graduated from İEL (High School) and METU (Middle East Technical University) Department of Management in 1984 and 1989 respectively. He served at mid to top-level managerial positions in the field of sales & customer services for the most reputable companies, such as Koç Holding, IBM, DHL and Turkcell.
He has served in a variety of industries from household equipments, electronics, IT to call center services and telecommunication. He assumed managerial roles with full profit and loss accountability and people management responsibility. Furthermore, he has been serving banking, fast-moving-consumer-goods, health services industries as trainer, facilitator and consultant. Turkcell, Garanti Bankası, Eczacıbaşı, B/S/H/ are some of them.
In 1998 he was selected to DHL’s international talent pool and attended the internal trainer & consultant development program. Since than, for nearly 14 years, Cem Özen has conducted internal and external training programs as a trainer / facilitator.
