Construction


Most companies outsource at least part, if not all of their construction project management as these are often complex projects requiring both construction materials and engineering services. Procurement’s role has been growing, specifically with regards to small projects where spend levels are low. Large projects are usually outsourced to an engineering, consultancy or real estate company.
