When we consider diversity we can mean respecting and valuing all forms of difference in individuals. In the context of the workplace this might include considerations such as race and ethnicity, culture and belief, gender and sexuality, age and social status and ability. In the context of procurement we need to consider how we can ensure the full range of people and suppliers for example have access to and are included in opportunities.
