Total Quality Management (TQM) drives continuous improvement within all aspects of an organisation by adopting a product quality approach aiming to thoroughly transform the organisation through progressive changes in the attitudes, practices, structures and use of systems. TQM is a culture and as such involves everyone in the organisation and covers every function.
