Peter Morichovitis FCIPSPeter Morichovitis is a highly accomplished Procurement and Supply Chain leader with diverse experience across the resources, manufacturing and government sectors.  In 2016 he was recognised as CIPS Australasian Procurement and Supply Chain Management Professional of the Year and for leading his organisation to win best procurement Transformation globally, at the Procurement Leaders World Procurement Awards. Peter is currently Chief Procurement Officer at the City of Gold Coast, Australia's second largest local government.  He is a Fellow of the Charted Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and currently the Chairman for CIPS in Queensland.

Sean Johnson, TROOCOO Recruitment

Sean is a Cofounder and Director of TROOCOO Recruitment and the leader of their Procurement, Contracts and Supply practice; He has a significant presence throughout all industries operating within Queensland and Australia. Sean has honed his recruitment and leadership skills over the last ten years across Europe and Australasia, working with a range of consultancies from globally listed market leaders to true boutique specialists. Prior to setting up TROOCOO he was a partner with one of Queensland’s most successful recruitment firms and was responsible for setting up and developing the Queensland division for one of Australia’s most respected boutique procurement recruitment companies. Sean has also worked for a globally listed search and selection firm in the UK and Australasia. He is committed to developing and growing his network, has established a strong presence across his chosen field and is committed to leading and developing the Procurement Contracts and Supply Division and broader operations practice within TROOCOO.

Murray Watt MCIPS, Management Options Pty Ltd 

Murray Watt is the Managing Director of Management Options Pty Ltd; a procurement and contract management consultancy predominantly servicing the public sector in Australia since 2004. Murray has 25+ years’ experience in the field including 10 years as chief procurement officer for the Queensland Treasury prior to joining the private sector in 2002.

Patrick Vialle MCIPS, Parmalat

Patrick has over 20 years experience in various Supply Chain Roles in Europe and in Oceania, with companies like Kraft, Nestlé and Parmalat (group Lactalis). He is currently the National Demand & Supply Planning Manager for Parmalat Australia. This role includes the overall S&OP process management for Parmalat.

Heath Jess, resource2source

Heath is the Director of Resource 2 Source, a procurement consultancy firm, which has been providing services to the Queensland market since 2013. Heath has 10+ years procurement experience, having worked in both the private and public sectors. Prior to establishing Resource 2 Source, Heath was the QLD GM for Project Procure and the Procurement Coordinator for ACT Health.

Sabrina Jeal Queensland Government

Sabrina is an experienced Category Manager with over 10 years’ experience within the procurement profession. Sabrina has worked for a number of Global organisations covering multiple industries including; Babcock International Group, Eaton PLC, Cobham Tactical Communications and Surveillance and WASP Switching Products. Sabrina is currently employed as a Category Manager at QFleet in the Department Housing and Public Works adding public sector procurement to her portfolio. Sabrina has been a member of the CIPS community since 2009 she joins us from the UK where she sat on the South of England CIPS branch committee.

Hannah Bodilly FCIPS, BSc Hons (UK), Diploma di Esp. Prod. Ind. (Italy)

Hannah has recently moved to QLD, having been based in NSW and Auckland since her big move from the UK in 2010. She is heading up a procurement transformation at Tatts Group, merging together two teams and creating a Group function. She has been in procurement and a member of CIPS for 18 years, having been made a fellow in 2013 due to her international contribution to the CIPS community through committees, conferences and working groups.

Hannah is an experienced International Head of Procurement with tenure at Blue-chip companies such as Ford, Reckitt Benckiser and Macquarie Bank with a background of delivering significant savings and setting-up procurement functions.  As well as having cross-industry experience ranging from FMCG to Automotive she has covered all indirect and direct commodities from marketing to raw materials. After dabbling in her own management consultancy she is currently at Tatts Group as Head of Procurement, undertaking a huge transformation project to move to a strategic, aligned and value-adding function. Being passionate about procurement, she gives back to the community in her roles on committees in CIPS UK and CIPS Australasia (NSW and QLD), in setting up the NZ Marketing Procurement Forum, as well as having been a guest lecturer at the University of Sydney for the Masters of Logistics Management. She is currently the CIPS Congress representative for Australasia and was a judge for 2015 CIPS Australasia Supply Management Awards. In her personal life she is a keen amateur dramatist, having trod the musical boards up to semi-professional level and likes to partake in charity sports events.

Adelen Matthewman, Boeing Defence Australia

A qualified lawyer with additional qualifications in Economics and the Indonesian language, Adelen works within the Supply Chain Management function of Boeing Australia.  Adelen has experience in Engineering, Mining, Health, Utilities and Government strategic and operational supply chain management functions.   Adelen is currently working towards her MCIPS as well as undertaking further post graduate studies in procurement, finance and law.

Ayenyo Klassou, Volvo Group

With a decade of a rich international and multicultural experiences in both strategic and operations purchasing (direct and indirect categories) environment; Ayenyo is a well recognised procurement professional  and passionate about global supply chain management. He focuses on providing an integrated supply chain solutions through innovation and  business value creation initiatives. Since joining Volvo Group Australia, Ayenyo has been leading a number of strategic procurement transformation projects and category management to the great satisfaction of Volvo. Before relocating to Australia, he worked in Asia, in strategic procurement role and started his career as an IT engineer. Ayenyo hold a Bachelor degree in communication engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Beijing Jiaotong University.

Genevieve Alexander, Department of Housing and Public Works

 Genevieve is currently employed as the Category Specialist for Utilities with Queensland Government Procurement and is responsible for procuring electricity for whole-of-Government. Prior to entering Procurement, Genevieve has experience in various levels of politics and previously worked as the Agricultural Policy Advisor to the Premier of Queensland. Genevieve began working in procurement two years ago and, while only a fresh addition to the profession, already has experience in managing strategic sourcing processes, managing supplier relationships, negotiating complex contracts and extensive stakeholder engagement. Genevieve brings with her a passion and enthusiasm for procurement while also continuously seeking ways to develop her knowledge and experience in the industry. Genevieve was runner up for the CIPS 2016 Young Procurement and Supply Chain Professional of the Year. 


Christina Blanchard MCIPS, Queensland Rail

Christina Blanchard is employed as a Senior Sourcing Specialist at Queensland Rail. Christina is responsible for procurement for the Travel and Tourist, Road Fleet, Marketing and Asset Optimisation areas.  Christina holds a degree in Procurement and Supply and is currently studying her MBA.

Whilst at Queensland Rail Christina has been the driving force behind implementing a Centre Led model, leading a ‘Women in Procurement’ group and is also on the Young Professionals Leadership team where she is the strategy coordinator.  Christina is a driven, educated and experienced Procurement professional with a passion for continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Shane Duran MCIPS, City of Gold Coast

Shane has more than 20 years experience in strategic and operational procurement functions within state and local government. His experience includes category management, whole-of-government contracts, implementation and management of high risk, high value contracts, developing effective supplier relationships, managing procurement teams, and identification and implementation of effective strategies to mitigate risk, reduce cost and improve service delivery across metropolitan, rural and remote areas. Shane is a champion for social procurement. He is experienced in coordination of logistics during disasters, and is a member of the City of Gold Coast’s Local Disaster Coordination Centre, and previously a member of the District Disaster Management Group in Townsville. Shane has recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics Management and is currently studying a Master of Supply Chain and Logistics Management through RMIT University.

Tivolee Spragg MCIPS, Senior Procurement Consultant

Tivolee Spragg is a highly experienced and passionate procurement professional with over 15 years experience in procurement. Tivolee has worked across local, State and Federal Government, as well as the water and energy sector. Tivolee has worked in procurement from the ground up - holding both tactical and strategic roles in sourcing, category management and process improvement through to senior leadership roles, helping to shape the direction of procurement. Tivolee has recently returned to Brisbane after two years working in a Senior Procurement role in London for the UK Federal Government.

Bryan Schriiffer, M Prof Studs (Transport). Dip Mgmt. MNZIM. Business Improvement Advisory -  Principal


With over 25 years’ experience in leadership and consulting roles Bryan is a specialist in the infrastructure, supply chain, warehousing and distribution, industrial, oil and gas and the facility management sectors. Bryan has in-depth knowledge and experience of end to end procurement, contract management, category management, business optimisation, risk management and business automation including procure to pay. He has worked with multinational organisation, Private company’s and local government enterprises. Bryan is a qualified NZQA trainer and assessor for both the retail and automotive sectors and was a member of the Christchurch Procurement forum during the Canterbury earthquake recovery. In April 2017 Bryan was chairman and key note speaker for the Procurement and Contract Management of Infrastructure Project Summit in Singapore, speaking on Business Negotiation and Infrastructure. He is a Committee Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, Queensland (CIPS), a member of the New Zealand Institute of Management (MNZIM) and the New Zealand Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport NZCILT. Bryan holds a Master’s Degree of Professional Studies, majoring in Transportation from Lincoln University and a Diploma in Management from The Christchurch College of Education.
