Hannah Bodilly FCIPS, BSc Hons (UK), Diploma di Esp. Prod. Ind. (Italy)
Hannah is an experienced International Head of Procurement with tenure at Blue-chip companies such as Ford, Reckitt Benckiser and Macquarie Bank with a background of delivering significant savings and setting-up procurement functions. As well as having cross-industry experience ranging from FMCG to Automotive she has covered all indirect and direct commodities from marketing to raw materials. After dabbling in her own management consultancy she is currently at Tatts Group as Head of Procurement, undertaking a huge transformation project to move to a strategic, aligned and value-adding function. Being passionate about procurement, she gives back to the community in her roles on committees in CIPS UK and CIPS Australasia (NSW and QLD), in setting up the NZ Marketing Procurement Forum, as well as having been a guest lecturer at the University of Sydney for the Masters of Logistics Management. She is currently the CIPS Congress representative for Australasia and was a judge for 2015 CIPS Australasia Supply Management Awards. In her personal life she is a keen amateur dramatist, having trod the musical boards up to semi-professional level and likes to partake in charity sports events.

Genevieve is currently employed as the Category Specialist for Utilities with Queensland Government Procurement and is responsible for procuring electricity for whole-of-Government. Prior to entering Procurement, Genevieve has experience in various levels of politics and previously worked as the Agricultural Policy Advisor to the Premier of Queensland. Genevieve began working in procurement two years ago and, while only a fresh addition to the profession, already has experience in managing strategic sourcing processes, managing supplier relationships, negotiating complex contracts and extensive stakeholder engagement. Genevieve brings with her a passion and enthusiasm for procurement while also continuously seeking ways to develop her knowledge and experience in the industry. Genevieve was runner up for the CIPS 2016 Young Procurement and Supply Chain Professional of the Year.
Christina Blanchard MCIPS, Queensland Rail
Christina Blanchard is employed as a Senior Sourcing Specialist at Queensland Rail. Christina is responsible for procurement for the Travel and Tourist, Road Fleet, Marketing and Asset Optimisation areas. Christina holds a degree in Procurement and Supply and is currently studying her MBA.

Shane has more than 20 years experience in strategic and operational procurement functions within state and local government. His experience includes category management, whole-of-government contracts, implementation and management of high risk, high value contracts, developing effective supplier relationships, managing procurement teams, and identification and implementation of effective strategies to mitigate risk, reduce cost and improve service delivery across metropolitan, rural and remote areas. Shane is a champion for social procurement. He is experienced in coordination of logistics during disasters, and is a member of the City of Gold Coast’s Local Disaster Coordination Centre, and previously a member of the District Disaster Management Group in Townsville. He has worked with multinational organisation, Private company’s and local government enterprises. Bryan is a qualified NZQA trainer and assessor for both the retail and automotive sectors and was a member of the Christchurch Procurement forum during the Canterbury earthquake recovery. In April 2017 Bryan was chairman and key note speaker for the Procurement and Contract Management of Infrastructure Project Summit in Singapore, speaking on Business Negotiation and Infrastructure.
