Supply chain risk reaches all-time high

The level of risk peaked in the final quarter of 2016, as globalisation fell out of favour, and risk increased across Western Europe

Global risk in the supply chain has been increasing steadily throughout 2016, and the final-quarter stats, revealed by the CIPS Risk Index powered by Dun & Bradstreet, take the figure to its highest level since the index began in the 1990s.
