Having made it through to interview, you need to sell yourself. CIPS offers some tips to avoid being screened out at the face-to-face stage 

Be prepared

Research the company and interviewer. Demonstrate you are commercially aware, with questions on the organisation’s latest financial results. Consider the current procurement challenges and how they might affect the business. Offer examples of solutions you have used elsewhere.
