Who is working where in the world of procurement…

Pharma shift
Lisa Martin is the new CPO and senior vice president at Glaxosmithkline (GSK), based in the US. She previously held the same role at pharmaceutical firm Teva from 2013, and before that was a senior vice president at Pfizer and led its worldwide procurement. At GSK, she takes over from Jean-Yves Rotté-Geoffroy, who is taking a sabbatical.

JLP to Burberry
Paul Bestford, pictured, is now chief procurement officer at UK fashion brand Burberry. He moved from John Lewis Partnership (JLP) where he was CPO from 2014.

M&S to JLP
Roger Davies, former group head of procurement at Marks and Spencer, has replaced Bestford as CPO at John Lewis. Patrick Lewis, JLP’s group finance director, said: “Roger joins us with a wealth of knowledge in retail and procurement, and I look forward to working with him to grow the value that procurement can offer the Partnership.”

Boots to Sainsbury’s
Patrick Dunne is the new director of group procurement and cost-base transformation at Sainsbury’s. He was previously senior vice president, chief property and procurement officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance, based in the US.
