Recruitment firm Norman Broadbent has set up a division specialising in finding jobs for supply chain, procurement and logistics professionals.

The division will be based in London, Manchester and Birmingham to help recruit mid-to-senior level staff for all areas of the public and private sectors.

Division leader is Beth Cauldwell, who was previously director of supply chain and procurement at TMP's procurement practice.

She said the company was moving away from sector-specific recruitment, recognising that procurement in particular is a discipline that often benefits from staff transferring between organisations and industries.

"There are lots of good candidates out there set to benefit from a marketplace that is starting to loosen up as companies start to recruit senior people after putting things on hold," Cauldwell added.
