TV impressionist Alistair McGowan will host the CIPS Supply Management Awards presentation dinner in London this autumn.

McGowan will entertain the audience and then present awards in 11 team and individual categories, plus the overall winner.

He is perhaps best known for sending up footballer David Beckham and portraying various male members of the Royal family as the working-class characters from The Royle Family comedy.

McGowan is a regular face on BBC television, with credits including Big Impression and acting roles in Jonathan Creek and Murder Most Horrid.

His fast-paced live act features a wide range of politicians, sportspeople and pop stars.

Last year's dinner was a sell-out, with over 700 people from the purchasing world in attendance.

Tables for this year's event, to be held at the London Hilton on Park Lane on Wednesday 20 October, are selling fast. To book, or for more information, call the sales team on 020 7880 6206 or visit
