2014 EU public procurement thresholds published

The new EU Public Procurement Thresholds due to come into force on 1 January have been published.

The thresholds, which are revised every two years and have been raised slightly, apply to the application of procedures for the award of contracts under EU public procurement directives.

The latest thresholds for public contract regulations are as follows:

Supply and service contracts and design contests awarded by central government: €134,000 (£111,676)

Supply and service contracts and design contests awarded by other contracting authorities: €207,000 (£172,514)

Works contracts, subsidised works contracts and works concession contracts: €5,186,000 (£4,322,012)
