There is still time to book your place at this year’s CIPS Annual Dinner, which will feature the return of last year’s popular after-dinner casino.
There will be roulette and blackjack tables at the glamorous event, which takes place at the Hilton, Park Lane in London on 13 March. The games will give the great and the good of the procurement profession the chance to throw caution to the wind and go all in. Although no money will be exchanged, there will be a special prize for the buyer who manages to turn his or her molehill of chips into a mountain.
The casino is the climax of the evening, with guests having enjoyed a champagne reception, four-course meal with wine and a keynote speech from BBC newsreader and star of Skyfall Huw Edwards. Originally a parliamentary correspondent, Edwards now anchors the BBC’s News at Ten.
The CIPS Annual Dinner begins with the champagne reception at 7.30 pm. This black-tie event is your chance to network and celebrate with your fellow procurement peers.
For more information on how to book your place, visit the CIPS Annual Dinner website or email Charlotte Bogaert.
