Leadership guru and business author Tommy Weir will be among the speakers at the CIPS Middle East Conference in Dubai on 12 May.

An expert on emerging markets and leadership in the Middle East, Weir will give delegates advice and insight into how to develop sustainable business relationships in his keynote presentation.

As the author of business books such as The Cheeseburger Theory and The CEO Shift, and an adviser to senior executives at major corporations, Weir is an authority on the challenges currently facing organisations in the region. And he will share with attendees the expertise and experience he has gleaned from working with more than 3,000 business leaders across the globe.

The theme for this year’s event is ‘Sustainable supply chain success in the Middle East’. Other speakers at the conference will include Abdulla N. Al-Naemi, procurement director at Qatar Foundation who will explain what world-class procurement looks like. And Tim Williams, CPO at MTN Group, will share advice on how to build sustainable foundations for your procurement function.
