Randy Royce has been appointed vice president of global supply chain at surf clothing company Billabong, and Kitty Ho has taken on the role of vice president of global sourcing.
The move is part of a major company-wide restructure of Billabong's supply chain.
Royce has more than 20 years’ experience in product development, global sourcing and strategic supply chain implementation. He will be responsible for leading global sourcing, product development and R&D functions worldwide at Billabong. He was previously the divisional vice president at Eddie Bauer Holdings, developing its global sourcing strategy across all product categories.
Ho has more than 30 years’ experience in product development, manufacturing, sourcing and divisional management. “She will have direct oversight for all aspects of our global sourcing strategy,” the company said. She has held senior leadership roles in global sourcing and product development at VF Asia, Guess Asia, Kellwood Company and Li & Fung.
The new recruits will be based in Billabong's Hong Kong office.
“[Randy and Kitty’s] combined global experience in building best in class sourcing teams will drive Billabong’s global supply chain strategy,” said Jeff Streader, Billabong chief operating officer. “Randy and Kitty will be a dynamic force in building our supply chain capabilities globally.”
