CIPS news round-up - April 2015

8 April 2015

Financial services information provider Markit is recruiting new CIPS members from the manufacturing, construction and services sectors for its Purchasing Managers’ Indices panels.

The monthly PMIs are made up of a set of company surveys which provide a summary of general business and economic conditions in the three sectors. Panel members are required to complete a monthly questionnaire and in return they receive a complimentary copy of the report and access to Markit’s report library. The PMIs – worth hundreds of pounds each year – are used by the Bank of England and economic commentators.
