TV’s Alexander Armstrong to host CIPS Supply Management Awards 2015 in September

Comedian and actor Alexander Armstrong is to host this year’s CIPS Supply Management Awards on 9 September in London.

The host of quiz show Pointless will entertain the audience before revealing the winners and presenting the prizes in the 12 team and three individual categories, as well as announcing this year’s overall winner.

The deadline for entries to this year’s awards, held in association with AirPlus International, is this Friday, 10 April. Click here for details of how to enter.

Armstrong's career spans his work on sketch show Armstrong and Miller and Doctor Who, stints as a guest host of Have I Got News For You, and as presenter of game shows such as Epic Win and Prize Island.

He also hosts his own radio show on Classic FM, and toured the UK in 2013 with a live band.

The CIPS Supply Management Awards takes place on Wednesday, 9 September at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. AirPlus is the gala evening’s headline sponsor, Hays Procurement is a platinum sponsor, while Commerce Decisions is the official judging technology provider.
