Critical to leadership success is the capability of senior professionals to balance three leadership roles; operational, strategic and change leadership.

Within procurement, high-performing leaders are those who understand the wider business strategy; how procurement can add value to the business, and the importance of supporting networks. A strong procurement leader shows particular capabilities in strategic and change leadership.
