Australia's top barista takes holistic approach to coffee supply chain

Australia’s new champion barista has said his approach to the coffee supply chain helped propel him to victory.

Speaking at the National Championships 2016 in Melbourne, Hugh Kelly, who brews at ONA Coffee in Canberra, explained that one of his keys to victory was taking a holistic approach to the final product that factored in the entire supply chain process.
