World's largest caviar farm in Abu Dhabi

An industrial estate in Abu Dhabi, where temperatures regularly soar well above 40 degrees Celsius, is not the kind of place one would automatically associate with caviar.

But in fact this is the unlikely setting of the world’s largest caviar farm, which is now on its way to achieve its target of producing 35 tonnes of the delicacy each year following a £100m investment.
