Virtual reality 'will be widespread in Gulf by 2025'

The use of virtual reality and augmented reality technology is expected to be widespread across the GCC region by 2025, according to a new report.

The study, by Frost & Sullivan in collaboration with GITEX Technology Week 2016, said augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technology development would redefine business and consumer processes and interactions in the region.
