Company bosses arrested over China's smog

Eleven company owners in China have been arrested for discharging pollution as severe smog blankets many parts of the north.

Government news service china.org.cn said Handan City in Hebei province, where the arrests took place, was one of 23 cities to issue a red alert for air pollution over the weekend and production at 332 factories had been halted.
