Arrests follow deadly construction site crane collapse

Nine people have been arrested in connection with a construction site accident which killed 74 people and left two injured in east China's Jiangxi Province, according to state news agency Xinhua.

Last week the platform for a cooling tower of a power plant under construction collapsed in Fengcheng City. A crane collapsed onto the platform which held dozens of workers at the time.
