Dynamic motorway tolls would be the best way of bridging New Zealand's transport investment funding gap, it has been claimed.
Stephen Selwood, CEO of the New Zealand Council for Infrastructure Development, said dynamic tolls, which change prices according to demand and levels of congestion, would provide the quickest, most efficient and equitable way to bridge the country's annual $400m transport funding gap.
