Kenya plans 6km bridge over national park

Kenya has announced plans to build a controversial railway line on a 6km bridge over the country's oldest national park.

Kenya Railways said the line, which will run from Nairobi to Malaba on the border with Uganda, would support the expansion of Mombasa port and take pressure off the country’s road network.
