Reader survey: Are we doing enough to improve modern slavery reporting?

Almost a year on from many organisations publishing their first slavery statements, how much has changed? We asked if your business would improve reporting this year: a solid 67% said yes.

Does your business promote its adherence to the modern slavery act? Encouragingly, almost two-thirds (65%) said they did, either a little or a lot.

And, while businesses have to report, has the Modern Slavery Act made the public more aware of the issue? Sadly, more than half said they didn’t think so. More work to be done there, then…
