Queensland has amended its laws enabling licenced growers and researchers to sell cannabis seeds to Australia’s medicinal cannabis supply chain.
Medicinal cannabis products were previously imported into Australia by the Therapeutic Goods Administration, as there were no domestic businesses licenced to manufacture the plants.
