Congo announces conflict-free gold supply chain

The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) is set to have its first responsible and conflict-free artisanal gold supply chain fully operational after a successful pilot.

Partnership Africa Canada (PAC), a conflict minerals NGO, announced that together with the DRC government, it had proven a successful chain of custody from mine site to exporter through its project.
