Winning a CIPS Middle East Supply Management Award is the fast-track way to raise the profile of procurement.

The awards are the most sought after accolade within the procurement profession and provide an excellent opportunity to showcase your talents.

They give teams the opportunity to benchmark themselves against the best and brightest talent in the profession, increasing credibility and motivating employees.

As well as receiving invaluable recognition from peers, the awards raise the profile of procurement to stakeholders and the wider business and provide an endorsement of quality.

What’s more, teams can network with fellow procurement professionals at the prestigious awards evening, which will take place on Tuesday, 20 March 2018 in Dubai.

Cath Hill, group director at CIPS and chair of judges, said: “The CIPS Supply Management Awards are the most sought after accolade within the procurement profession. Winning one of these prestigious awards elevates your team into the procurement hall of fame, helping gain recognition both within and outside your organisation.”

A Best in Procurement webinar will take place on Tuesday 14 November and Tuesday 21 November between 1pm and 2pm (GST) offering insights into what makes a winning submission.

The deadline for award entries is Monday, 4 December.

Christopher Bentley, head of procurement at Das Holding and awards judge, said: “Procurement is a passion driven by true believers, a passion motivated by transparency, a delivery made with expectations. Does your ethos or compass follow such a direction? If so, the path to success is short. Enjoy your application; showcase your talents.”
