Rebuilds of Sydney stadiums a 'waste of public money'

The increasing cost to knock down and rebuild Sydney’s two “perfectly fine” football stadiums shows the NSW government's spending priorities are wrong, according to the opposition. 

In November 2017, the NSW government announced plans to knock down and rebuild Allianz Stadium at Moore Park and the 20-year-old former Olympic stadium, now ANZ stadium, at Homebush.
