North Korea 'breaching sanctions with ship to ship transfers'

Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has discovered another North Korean tanker it suspects of transferring goods in defiance of UN Security Council resolutions.

This is the fourth Japanese discovery in recent weeks and it comes as the US and key Asian allies prepare to expand interceptions of ships suspected of violating sanctions.
