India 'on cusp of fourth industrial revolution'

Prime minister Narendra Modi has called for the re-skilling of India’s workforce to take advantage of new technologies. 

In his opening speech at the World Congress on Information Technology 2018 in Hyderabad, Modi said the Indian workforce must upskill now to keep up with developments including blockchain and internet of things.
