Sexual exploitation alleged in Walmart supplier factories

Workers in Asian garment factories supplying Walmart are being sexually exploited and abused several years after the Rana Plaza disaster, trade unions have claimed.

A report by the Asia Floor Wage Alliance, an international coalition of trade unions and human rights organizations, said little had been done to improve conditions for garment workers in factories supplying Walmart in Asia since the deadly building collapse in Bangladesh in 2013.
