Nestlé is to invest $1.3m to provide widespread training for Zimbabwean coffee farmers in a bid to boost the country’s faltering industry.
The company’s operating unit Nespresso has said it will give training and technical assistance to 400 smallholder farmers over the next five years, in a move it says will “stimulate the rural economy”.
