The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has announced the first in a series of multi-billion-dollar contracts as part of what it terms “smart procurement”.
Together the contracts are worth AED13.2bn ($3.6bn) and have what ADNOC terms “the potential to achieve in-country value (ICV) of over 50%”, ADNOC told UAE state news agency WAM.
