Smart cameras used to measure customer happiness

Artificial intelligence-powered cameras are being used in Dubai to measure happiness and increase security.

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has developed AI-powered cameras to track the satisfaction of customers at four Customer Happiness Centres at Al Barsha, Umm Al Ramool, Deira, and Al Awir.
