UAE develops tech to create 'consumer/producers'

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has worked with agricultural innovators to advance farming methods and tackle food security through localised production. 

Masdar, a state-owned Abu Dhabi renewable energy company, has collaborated with an agricultural technology start-up, Madar Farms, to develop smart solutions around food, water, waste and recycling to encourage consumers to culitvate plants.
