Take, for example, the supplier that said he couldn't deliver his goods to Russia, because the port in St. Petersburg was frozen. I mean, that's a completely unforseeable circumstance, that Russian winters may be a little cold.
But what's the worst excuse you have heard from a supplier? Perhaps you supplier was unable to find you, much like Manchester United a few years back, because you were wearing the wrong colour shirts?
