A perfect world for buyers?

According to this BBC story eBay is implementing what would seem to be a perfect world for buyers - no suppliers will be able to make complaints!

SM readers probably wish this would translate to the professional world. No more complaints from suppliers about late payments, expensive tendering processes or biased selection procedures.

But could this have a damaging effect on relationships, which are meant to be open and honest? And how can buyers improve processes without any constructive criticism?
