When disaster strikes

YouGov has announced today that only 5 per cent of firms contractually oblige their suppliers to have contingency plans to deal with the threat of a flu epidemic. That made us think about disaster planning.

Do you insist suppliers have such plans in place? If so, how did you get them to set them up?
